Shipping Policy
NOVAPEAK BRANDS LLC currently ships eligible orders within the contiguous United States.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after normal processing hours will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery
After shipment, standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, severe weather, holiday volume, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided after an order has shipped and is sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Carrier systems may require up to 24 hours after shipment before the first tracking update appears.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be delivered through established U.S. carriers and qualified logistics providers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another appropriate carrier selected for the shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
If a package is returned because the shipping address provided by the customer was incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable, our customer support team will contact the customer regarding the available resolution.
Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested because an incorrect or incomplete address was originally provided.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If tracking indicates that an order was delivered but the package cannot be located, please contact info@novapeakbrands.com within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
Our team will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier investigation.
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit or returned as undeliverable, we will review the order and provide the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
